All our treatment is evidence based, meaning we are continually renewing our techniques to give you the best outcome possible.

    R- Your recovery is not just about what we do in the session together; it’s also about what exercises you are doing in your own time. We will give you clear, bespoke exercises to facilitate your wellness. Recovery from injury is rarely a straight-line, so we will continually review and scale your home exercises accordingly depending on your progress.

    S- We understand that each individual is different, which applies to the body as well. At First we hope to restore and enhance the unique movement repertoire of every person, meaning every treatment is individualised and specialised for what your body needs at that time.

    T- And finally treatment! We hope to incorporate all of our principles into our treatment sessions. We will give you First class hands-on treatment, and reinforce this with personalised hands-off exercises.
