We want you to be able to feel the benefit of your treatment, meaning we focus on practical movements that a body experiences in real life activities.     R- Your recovery is not just about what we do in the session together; it’s also about what exercises you are doing in your own time. We will give you clear, bespoke exercises to facilitate your wellness. Throughout your rehabilitation journey we will continually review and adapt your home exercises based on your progress.
